How do I enquire or place an order?

This website is a catalogue; orders and quotations are handled by our team rather than an online checkout.
Who do you supply?
We primarily work with trade customers. Private customers are also welcome to browse and enquire; where appropriate, we can help with product information or introduce you to a trusted stockist.
Do you undertake bespoke or custom designs?
Yes. We work on made-to-measure Highlandwear, pipe band projects, custom metalwork, private-label development and other specialist commissions. Send us a clear brief, quantities and any reference artwork so the appropriate team can assess it.
How do I get measured for a made-to-measure kilt?
Accurate waist, seat and finished-length measurements are essential. Contact our team or an authorised stockist before measuring so we can provide the correct guidance for the garment being ordered.
Can you match an earlier Gaelic Themes order?
Often, yes. Please provide the original customer name, order number and any garment or tartan details you have. We will confirm what information remains available before promising an exact match.
What does Gaelic Themes do?
Gaelic Themes designs, manufactures and supplies Scottish Highlandwear, clan crest products and heritage gifts. Our Glasgow workshops bring together tailoring, pewter casting, leatherwork and specialist product development.
Where are your products made?
Much of the collection is made in our Glasgow workshops. Certain specialist ranges are made elsewhere in the UK or supplied by established partners. Where an origin statement is appropriate, it is shown on the relevant collection or product information.
