Flasks and Quaichs

St Kilda make a range of flasks and quaichs, which make the ideal gifts to celebrate your Scottish heritage. A quaich is a traditional Scottish drinking vessel, used to serve whisky or other spirits. It is a shallow bowl and features two small, flat handles, symbolizing friendship and hospitality. Historically, quaichs were made from wood, but ours are made from lead-free pewter. The quaich has deep roots in Scottish culture, often presented at weddings, celebrations, and as gifts. It has been used since at least the 17th century, symbolizing trust and camaraderie, as its open shape encourages sharing and communal drinking. Both our quaichs and flasks mount our full range of clan or themed crests.
