V-MTMSH Sheriffmuir Doublet
The Sheriffmuir Doublet is a traditional piece of evening wear, worn with a kilt and with high collar and gauntlet cuffs. In the past this was usually worn with a large lace jabot, although increasingly it is worn with a necktie or rouche tie (as shown) under the waistcoat. The Sheriffmuir also takes a shoulder plaid for more formal occasions.
